GYMORA offers a 7-day free trial, then two plans: Basic at PKR 6,000 per month and Pro at PKR 9,000 per month, or 20% less on either when you pay for a year in advance. Monthly billing has no long-term contract — you can cancel anytime.
Is there a setup or installation fee?
No. Onboarding, member import, ZKTeco device integration, maintenance and technical support are all included in your subscription — no setup fee, no per-incident charges. Our team does the setup with you remotely, over WhatsApp or AnyDesk. The only usage-based item is the WhatsApp message allowance.
Do I need to install anything to use GYMORA?
No installation is required on your side — GYMORA runs in any modern web browser on any device, and it stays up to date automatically. If you use a ZKTeco device, our team sets up the connection for you remotely, free of charge.
Does GYMORA work with biometric attendance devices?
Yes. GYMORA connects to ZKTeco attendance devices — fingerprint, RFID card and face-recognition models alike. The device verifies your member however it’s set up; GYMORA records the check-in either way, with real-time attendance and rush-hour insights. Running an unusual model? We confirm compatibility during onboarding.
Does GYMORA support WhatsApp reminders for gym members?
Yes. GYMORA automatically sends expiry reminders and payment receipts to your members, over WhatsApp and email, and your staff can send a reminder to anyone with an unpaid fee. WhatsApp is included in the Pro plan, along with re-engagement messages and offers; Basic sends email.
How many WhatsApp messages are included?
The Pro plan includes 800 reminder messages (welcome, payment received, expiry) and 60 promotional messages (win-back nudges, birthday greetings, package offers) per gym, every month — counted separately, resetting on the 1st of every month. The free trial includes 200 reminder messages to test with; promotional messages start on Pro.
Is my gym’s data safe?
Yes — and it stays yours. Every gym’s data is isolated, so no other gym on GYMORA can see yours. Staff sign in with a code sent to them, and you decide how long a trusted computer can skip that code: a day, a month, or until you change it. Your staff see only what their role allows — on Pro, the activity log records staff actions with a name and a time. Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS), and passwords are protected with Argon2 hashing — nobody can read them, including us. You can export your member and payment records to CSV anytime, and request deletion of your data whenever you leave — both are covered in our privacy policy.
