Which plan should I pick?
Both plans run your whole gym. The only difference is how your members hear from you.
Basic

Pick this if your members read email, or if you are happy sending renewal reminders yourself on WhatsApp.
Pro
PKR 9,000Everything in Basic, plus WhatsApp on autopilot and a record of what your staff changed.
Pick this if you want renewals chased for you. Most gyms in Pakistan do, because almost every member reads WhatsApp and very few read email.

How the WhatsApp messages work
Pro includes two separate monthly pools of WhatsApp messages, per gym. They do not share: running out of one does not eat into the other.

Billing questions
- Do I pay more as I add members?
- No. The price is the same whether you have 50 members or 500 — there is no per-member charge and no per-staff charge. PKR 6,000 or PKR 9,000 a month is the whole subscription.
- Do I pay again for a second branch?
- No. Multiple branches run under one subscription — we switch multi-branch on for your gym, and each branch gets its own members, staff, attendance and reports while you keep one login and one bill.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- Nothing is charged. There is no card on file during the trial, so it cannot roll over into a paid plan by itself. When the week is up we ask whether you want to continue on Basic or Pro, and your data stays where it is either way.
- Is there a contract or a minimum term?
- No. It is month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like. There is no setup fee, no installation fee and no cancellation fee.
- Can I move between Basic and Pro later?
- Yes. You can request a plan change from inside Gymora, on the Billing page, and we move you over. Nothing is re-installed and you keep all your data.
- Do you offer annual billing or a yearly discount?
- No — billing is monthly only, and we would rather say so plainly than advertise a yearly discount we cannot actually apply. Month-to-month also means you are never locked into a year of something that turned out not to fit.
- How do I actually pay?
- Message us and we will set it up with you. There is deliberately no card form on this website — you talk to a person, and we send you the payment details for your gym.
- What is the real difference between Basic and Pro?
- One sentence: Pro sends your WhatsApp reminders automatically and keeps a log of what your staff changed. Everything else — members, biometric attendance, fees, counter sales, trainers, reports, the member portal, staff roles — is on both plans.
- Is support included on the cheaper plan?
- Yes. Support is 24/7 on every plan, including the free trial, and setup, member import, connecting your attendance device and any troubleshooting are all included at no charge. On Pro your messages go to the front of the queue.
