Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Gymora gym-management platform ("the Service"), operated under the brand "Gymora" from 364 E Block, Pak Arab Housing Society, Lahore, Pakistan. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Gymora is a cloud-based, multi-tenant platform that lets gym owners manage members, attendance, fees and payments, sales, expenses, packages, trainers, notifications, and reports. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must have the authority to enter member data you upload and to send notifications to those members.

Subscription plans & billing

• Basic — PKR 6,000 per month.
• Pro — PKR 9,000 per month.
• New gyms start with a 7-day free trial (no charge during the trial).

Subscriptions are billed monthly in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment is collected via PayFast or arranged with our team. Prices are shown on our Pricing section and may change with prior notice. If a payment is not received by the due date, a 5-day grace period applies; after that the gym's access is suspended until payment is made. Suspension deactivates access but does not delete your data.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of the gym and member data you enter. Gymora processes that data solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other gyms' data, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes or to send unsolicited messages in violation of applicable law.

Availability & liability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but provide it on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Gymora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before a claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
