Gym management software built for Pakistan

Most gym software is written for gyms in America and Europe, then sold here unchanged. That shows up in the bill, in how members get reminded, and in what the software assumes about how people pay you.

Gymora is built and supported from Lahore, priced in rupees, and designed around how gyms here actually run: cash at the desk, bank transfers, a ZKTeco machine on the wall, and members who read WhatsApp and not email.

Where software built elsewhere fits badly

The bill arrives in dollars

Most gym software is priced in US dollars and charged to an international card. That means holding a card that works abroad, and a bill that moves whenever the rupee does. Gymora is billed in rupees.

Reminders go by email

Products built for the US and Europe remind members by email, and sometimes SMS. Here, email addresses are the thing gyms have least of — and WhatsApp is what people actually open.

They assume a card on file

Automatic monthly billing assumes every member has a card saved. Most members here pay cash at the desk or send a bank transfer, so that whole mechanism sits unused while you still pay for it.

The price climbs as you grow

Per-member and per-location pricing is normal abroad. A gym that doubles its roster doubles its software bill. Gymora charges the same at 80 members as at 800.

Support is asleep when you are open

A gym here is busiest in the evening. Support teams in another timezone are not. Ours answers in Urdu or English, at the hours you are actually open.

What Gymora does differently

Priced in rupees, published

PKR 6,000 or PKR 9,000 a month, on the pricing page, flat. No sales call to learn the number, and no card needed to start a 7-day trial.

Reminders on WhatsApp

Expiry reminders, payment receipts and win-back messages go out on WhatsApp from a verified business number — so a member sees a named business, not a stranger’s SIM. You can read the exact message before it sends.

It works with the ZKTeco machine you already own

Fingerprint, card or face check-in, straight off the device on your wall. You do not buy new hardware, and we configure the connection with you remotely at no charge.

It records money the way you actually take it

Cash, bank transfer, card, a POS machine or JazzCash. Partial payments, advances and discounts are all normal here, and all handled — rather than assumed away by a card-on-file model.

Your members can check their own dues

Members sign in on their phone to see their plan, days left and balance, and can tell you they have paid with the transfer reference. You confirm it and the ledger updates. It cuts the calls to your front desk.

Setup is done with you, free

Onboarding, importing your existing member list from Excel, and configuring the ZKTeco bridge are included in the subscription — done remotely over WhatsApp or AnyDesk, usually the same day.

City by city

Setup is remote everywhere, so where your gym is does not change the price or how quickly you can start.

Lahore

Our team is based in Lahore, at Pak Arab Housing Society. If you run a gym in the city and would rather talk to someone local before committing, you are talking to people in the same city and the same timezone.

Karachi

Nothing about setting up in Karachi is different or slower. Onboarding, your member import and the ZKTeco connection are all done remotely over WhatsApp or AnyDesk, normally on the same day you ask.

Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Same remote setup, same price, same support hours. Multi-branch gyms running one site in each city can put both on a single login and still see each branch’s money separately.

Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and elsewhere

Because setup does not need anybody in the room, where your gym is makes no difference to what you pay or how quickly you start. If you have a ZKTeco machine and a WhatsApp number, you have what is needed.

What it costs

PKR 6,000 or PKR 9,000 a month, flat, whatever your member count and however many branches you run. There is a 7-day free trial and it does not ask for a card. Setup, member import and ZKTeco configuration are included, and support is 24/7.

What Gymora does not do

No class scheduling or booking

Gymora does not have class timetables or class booking. If your gym runs its business around scheduled classes, every product on this page does that and Gymora does not.

Members cannot pay by card online

A member can tell you they have paid and give the reference, and you confirm it. Money never moves through Gymora. If you need members charged automatically every month, that is a real gap.

No separate mobile app

The member portal is a web page that works on a phone. There is no app to download from the Play Store.

We are newer and smaller

Gymora is a newer product with fewer public reviews than the names on this page. If a long track record matters most to you, that is a fair reason to choose one of them.

Common questions

Is there gym management software made for Pakistan?
Yes. Gymora is built for gyms here: billed in rupees at PKR 6,000 or PKR 9,000 a month, reminders sent on WhatsApp from a verified business number, check-ins read from the ZKTeco machine most gyms here already own, and support in Urdu or English. It records cash, bank transfer, card, POS machine and JazzCash payments, because that is how members here actually pay.
How much does gym software cost in Pakistan?
Gymora is PKR 6,000 or PKR 9,000 a month, published, with a 7-day free trial and no card required. The price is flat — it does not rise with your member count or the number of branches. Most international gym software is priced in US dollars from roughly $75 to $200 a month and upward, often per member or per location.
Do I need to buy a new biometric machine?
No. Gymora reads check-ins from the ZKTeco device you already have — fingerprint, card or face. Connecting it is part of the free setup, done remotely over WhatsApp or AnyDesk, usually the same day.
Can members pay online through Gymora?
Not by card. A member can see what they owe in their portal and tell you they have paid, with the transfer reference, and your staff confirm it before the ledger changes. Money never moves through Gymora. If you need members charged automatically each month, that is a genuine gap and worth knowing before you start.
Will it work for a gym with more than one branch?
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Every branch sits on one login with its own members, fees and reports kept separate, plus an all-branches view across the whole chain. Multi-branch is not a higher plan.
