Gymora brings your whole operation together. Here are the services included.
Member Management
A complete member roster with packages, statuses, photos and freeze/resume, plus bulk import from CSV, Excel or JSON via a guided column-mapping wizard. Every member gets an ID number automatically, using a prefix you choose.
Biometric Attendance
Check members in with a fingerprint, card or face on the ZKTeco machine you already own. Attendance updates instantly and shows you your busiest hours. If a member with an expired membership checks in, the front desk is warned right away.
Fees & Payments
Collect membership fees, track partial and pre-paid balances, apply discounts, and issue receipts — your whole money picture in one place.
Counter Sales & Stock
Sell supplements, gear and day passes to members or to walk-in customers, and take cash, card, bank transfer or JazzCash. Every sale removes the item from your stock, and Gymora uses the price you paid for it, so you see your real profit. Money you take out of the till is recorded too.
WhatsApp & Email Notifications
Welcome messages, expiry reminders, payment receipts, win-back nudges, birthday wishes and closure notices, sent automatically on WhatsApp and email. You can also save your own email messages, and check how many messages you have left this month at any time.
Reports & Dashboard
Live revenue, attendance, package popularity, and membership trends on a dashboard you can arrange yourself.
Roles & Permissions
Start with Admin, Manager, Receptionist or Trainer, then tick exactly what each role is allowed to do. 57 settings in total, so every staff member sees what they need and nothing more.
Multi-Gym Management
Run multiple branches from one account with data kept fully isolated per gym.
Personal Trainers & Commissions
Manage trainers, assign members, and track PT fees and commissions automatically.
Member Portal
Members sign in to see their plan, how many days are left, their visits and what they owe. They can also tell you they have paid and give the reference number. You approve it and their record updates.
Secure Staff Sign-In
Every staff login asks for a code that is sent to them. Trust a computer once and it stops asking, for a day, a month or until you change it.
Staff Activity Log
A record of who did what and when: payments taken, members edited, memberships paused. Every entry has the staff name and the time, and nobody can delete it. Included on Pro.
Automation Controls
Every automatic message has an on/off switch, and you choose whether it goes on WhatsApp, on email, or both. For membership expiry you get two reminders and you set both: one before it ends and one after. You can read the exact message before it goes out, and pick what time of day everything sends.
Delivery & Records
If a number is not on WhatsApp, or an email keeps bouncing back, Gymora tells you instead of trying forever. Members who ask not to get offers stop getting them. And every message is saved: who received it, when, and exactly what it said.

Write your gym rules once and Gymora turns them into a web page you can share. New members get the link automatically in their welcome message.
Your Gym’s Look
Set your own accent colour and choose whether staff see a light or dark screen by default. Each branch can carry its own logo.
Subscription & Billing
See your plan and what you are paying at any time, ask to move between plans from inside the app, and message support without leaving the page.
Membership Add-ons
Attach extras to a membership — a locker, a class, a supplement plan — and collect them alongside the normal fee.
